Android (Java & Kotlin) Experienced Developer

We have an Opening for Full / Part Time Android Application Developer who has strong hands-on experience in Java & Kotlin and has developed applications from Scratch along with Publishing Applications on Google Play Store.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Android Developer who can independently handle complete Application Development including UI Design Integration, REST API Integration, Third Party SDK Integration, Testing, Bug Fixing and Play Store Deployment.

Minimum 3+ Years of Practical Experience in Android Application Development is Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio and Modern Android Development Practices.

Experience in Designing Responsive UI Screens and Handling Complex Application Functionalities.

Strong experience with REST API Integration, JSON Handling, Firebase and Third Party API Integration.

Developer should have practical experience working on feature rich applications such as Live Streaming, Online Test / Examination System, Quiz Applications, LMS, Live Classes, Video Based Applications, Real Time Features, etc.

Experience with Agora Live Streaming SDK, Accounts, Biilbook, HRM or Similar Realtime Communication Platforms will be an advantage.

Good understanding of Application Publishing Process, Play Store Policies, Version Management, App Signing, Updates and Store Optimisation.

Ability to write clean, scalable and maintainable code with proper project structure.

Experience in Debugging, Performance Optimisation and Fixing Application Crashes.

Preference will be given to developers who have individually handled major projects instead of working only on limited modules within a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of real-world application flow.

Android Developer will be responsible for UI Development, REST API Integration, Third Party SDK Integration, Application Testing, Bug Fixing and Publishing the Application on Google Play Store.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Android Developer will be responsible for Designing, Developing and Maintaining Android Applications using Java & Kotlin with proper coding standards and scalable architecture.
  • Developing complete Android Applications from Scratch including UI Screens, API Integration, Database Handling and Application Logic.
  • Integration of REST APIs, Third Party APIs, Firebase Services and Realtime Features as per project requirements.
  • Working on complex functionality based applications such as Online Examination System, Quiz Applications, Online Appointments, MLM, LMS, Live Classes and Live Streaming Applications.
  • Implementing and managing features like Video Streaming, Push Notifications, Authentication, Payment Gateway and Realtime Communication.
  • Publishing Applications on Google Play Store and handling updates, policies, version management and Play Console related tasks.
  • Identifying bugs, fixing crashes, improving application performance and ensuring smooth user experience.
  • Writing clean and maintainable code with proper understanding of project flow and future scalability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agora SDK, Jitsi, WebRTC or Similar Live Streaming / Live Class Platforms.
  • Knowledge of Firebase, FCM Notifications, Firestore and Analytics Integration.
  • Experience with Payment Gateway Integration and Subscription Based Applications.
  • Understanding of Application Security, Performance Optimisation and Play Store Compliance.
  • Experience in independently handling complete Android projects will be preferred.
